We say it a lot, but you’re a busy Mom. And your time is valuable and better spent doing just about anything than waiting on hold for customer service. Discover a brilliant app that takes the waiting out of customer service, and in a twist that everyone deserves, the app calls you when a live person is on the line. Genius!

Calling customer service usually involves a kink in my shoulder, bad jazz flute music, and lots of waiting. I’ve decided that I’ve got better things to do, and thankfully, so has Fast Customer.  This brilliant app (available for iPhone, Android, Kindle Fire and Chrome), lets you choose from a list of over 3,000 customer service numbers. Find the company you want to speak to, and request a callback with one button— then put your phone down and get on with your day… Fast Customer calls you back when there’s a real live human on the line.  If you like being reminded that “your call is important to us,” and being asked to “press 1 for English,” then you won’t like this app. For the rest of you… it’s the ultimate time-saver.
